Responsibilities:
- Provide
the primary level of guest assistance throughout the venue.
- Required
to have a thorough knowledge of building policies, procedures and event
requirements.
- Provide
information on our Designated Driver program.
- Distribute venue information and updates.
- Act as a listening post for guests' compliments and complaints.
- Provide ADA services and information to guests with disabilities.
- Relocate guests with trouble seats or ADA requirements.
Qualifications:
- 21 years of age or older.
- Friendly and personable. Excellent customer service skills required!
- A team player. Must work well with others.
- Must be available nights and weekends.
- Previous customer service experience required.
Salary:
- Starting at $8.00 per hour.
