Nissan Pavilion has accessible restroom facilities for our guests.

Drinking fountains that are lowered, are located in the north and south plazas and concession stand personnel are available to assist guests with purchasing food and beverages.

Accessible phone booths are available and are located on the outside wall of the Administration building and in the north and south plazas.

Nissan Pavilion offers tickets at all price levels. New accessible seating areas have been added in the pavilion to provide unobstructed sightlines. A limited number of pavilion seats are available at the cost of a lawn ticket.

Tickets are available at all Ticketmaster Ticket Centers, Ticketmaster Phone Charge, online through our website or in person at the Nissan Pavilion Box Office during normal business hours. Please request seating in the accessible areas.


GUESTS WITH VISUAL IMPAIRMENTS
Nissan Pavilion at Stone Ridge provides a reserved seating area near the stage for guests with visual impairments. A limited number of seats are available. Call the Nissan Pavilion Box Office at (703)754-6400 to request these seats.

Large print and braille menus are available at all concession stands and kiosks. Concession personnel are also available to read menus.

GUESTS WHO ARE DEAF
Headsets are available during all performances to assist with amplification and clarity. These assistive listening devices are located at the guest services booths.

A TTY phone device for outbound calls is available at the phone booth located in the north plaza.

A reserved seating area is available for guests who are hearing impaired. This area is reserved only for guests who require the services of a sign language interpreter. Call the Nissan Pavilion Box Office at (703)754-6400 or TTY (703)754-1696 to order tickets and request the services of a sign language interpreter.

PARKING FACILITIES
Accessible parking is available with the proper state identification. There is a limited number of parking spaces available on a first-come, first-served and event-by-event basis in our parking lots adjacent to the pavilion.

COURTESY CART SERVICE
Courtesy carts are available for guests with disabilities. Carts will assist guests from the main gates and the accessible entrance to the reserved seating area and return them after the show. This is a complimentary service.
