What is the Family Zone on the lawn this year?
At the request of our patrons, Nissan Pavilion now provides a Family Zone on the general admission lawn for most events. The Family Zone is free of smoking and alcoholic beverages, creating a more enjoyable experience for our patrons. All patrons are welcome, and no special ticket is required!
The Family Zone will not be available on the following events:
Ozzfest, Anger Management Tour and Vans Warped Tour

When do the gates open?
Gates open at least 90 minutes prior to showtime, but may vary. Please check the individual show page for more information.
What CAN I bring inside the pavilion?
  • Small purses / bags (12" x12" or smaller)
    Backpacks
  • One sealed bottle of water, 32oz bottles or less! (Note: No bottles will be allowed on Jimmy Buffett, Ozzfest.)
  • Small, personal (tote-type) umbrellas
  • Blankets
  • Binoculars
    Personal lawn chairs - seat must be no higher than 9" off the ground

What CAN'T I bring inside the pavilion?
  • Strollers
  • Beverages (other than sealed bottled water on above mentioned shows)
  • Video and Audio recorders (except for VERY specific shows)
  • Professional cameras. No detachable lenses. (Non-professional cameras are allowed on specific shows determined by artist policy, please see the specific show advisory for a particular show.)
    No beverages other than one sealed bottle of water.
  • No alcohol consumption in the parking lots
  • No barbecue fires in the parking lots
Are there seats on the lawn? Why do lawn seat tickets have rows and seat numbers?
Lawn seating is first-come, first-serve. The numbering is so that the box office can keep track of how many lawn tickets have been sold.

What are the hours of the box office?
Show days: Noon-intermission
On-sale days: 9 or 10 to noon. (Noon on-sales close at 2:00pm)
During the season: M-F 10am-5pm

Is alcohol sold inside the Pavilion?
Yes, beer and wine.

Where is a good meeting place inside the Pavilion?
The main entrance - there is only one entrance.

What types of food are offered at the Pavilion?
Hamburgers, hot dogs, soft drinks, specialty food items like deli sandwiches, Domino's Pizza, gourmet coffee... Click here for our Concert Cafe menu, available every show.

Can I obtain a VIP parking pass?
Sorry, only VIP box holders are eligible for those.

What is the cost for limousine parking?
$20 when available, on selected events.
Limo parking not available on all shows.

Can I take pictures at the show?
No cameras or recording devices are allowed. There are exceptions to this rule. Check this website or call our main number (703)754-6400, for details on a specific show.

Is tailgating permitted before a concert?
Yes, although alcohol and grills are not permitted in the parking lots.

What is the cost of parking?
The $3.50 parking fee is included in the ticket price. There is no payment of parking when you arrive at the Pavilion.

Is accessible seating available?
Yes, we are a barrier-free facility, and have dedicated accessible seating for our guests with disabilities.

Are interpreters available for concerts?
Yes, upon request. Please request this service as far in advance of the event as possible. TDD users please call (703)754-1696.
