GENERAL INFORMATION

LAWN CHAIR POLICY
• Guests are welcome to bring personal lawn chairs into the amphitheater. To ensure clear sightlines for all our guests, only low lawn chairs with a seat no higher than 9” off the ground are permitted.

• If a guest brings a chair that is too large or does not meet the acceptance guidelines, the venue will give the guest a voucher for a free lawn chair rental inside the gates.

TICKETS
Tickets to all Nissan Pavilion at Stone Ridge events are available at the box office and all TicketMaster outlets, which include all Hecht's stores and Tower record stores.

RESERVED SEATS
Theater-style reserved seats are available within the multi-million dollar open-air pavilion. Excellent sight lines and giant video screens provide a great view of the action on stage.

FESTIVAL LAWN
Clear views of the stage, giant video screens and our premier sound system make the spacious lawn a perfect concert spot. For most shows, festival lawn tickets offer a significant savings over reserved seats. Special low-profile lawn chairs are available for rent.

FAMILY ZONE
At the request of our patrons, Nissan Pavilion now provides a Family Zone on the general admission lawn for most events. The Family Zone is free of smoking and alcoholic beverages, creating a more enjoyable experience for our patrons. All patrons are welcome, and no special ticket is required!

The Family Zone will not be available on the following events:
Ozzfest, Anger Management Tour and Vans Warped Tour

GUESTS WITH DISABILITIES
We are a barrier-free facility. We offer assistive listening devices, large print and braille menus. Interpreters are available upon request. CLICK HERE for more information or please call 703-754-6400 or TTY 703-754-1696.

VIDEO SCREENS
Two enormous 30 by 40 foot video screens on each side of the stage enhance the excellent view from every seat in the house and lawn.

FOOD & BEVERAGES
A variety of hot foods, snacks and beverages including beer and wine are available. For the safety of all our guests, all beer and wine purchases are limited. Food service employees are trained in alcohol awareness and there is a strict I.D. check before any beverages are sold. Certain shows may restrict beer and wine sales. The Nissan Pavilion at Stone Ridge reminds you to please think when you drink. Don't drink and drive.

Patrons are now allowed to bring their own food in the venue, limited to the following guidelines:
Limited to a clear plastic 1 gallon bag
Paper and plastic products only
NO glass
NO coolers
NO metal utensils
One sealed bottle of water per person - no other beverages allowed.

PARKING
Parking is convenient in secure, well-lit lots adjacent to the Pavilion. Please note that Virginia state law prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages in the parking lots. This law is strictly enforced.

GATES AND DOORS
Parking lot gates usually open at different times depending on the show. Please check the posted information for any particular show. Come out early, miss the traffic and enjoy fun and original performances by up-and-coming entertainers on our side stage located in the south plaza.

RESTROOMS
Permanent and clean restroom facilities are available in both plaza areas. Nissan Pavilion is equipped with the largest percentage of women's facilities of any outdoor concert venue.

PROHIBITED ITEMS
Bags / large purses, strollers, alcohol, coolers, pets, recording equipment, grills or fireworks may not be brought into the facility. No professional cameras allowed on any show, no cameras with detachable lenses. No beverages of any type other than one sealed bottle of water per person. Certain shows may restrict the use of umbrellas and blankets. Laser pointers are not permitted. For the safety of all our guests, concert goers may be subject to search. Nissan Pavilion at Stone Ridge reserves the right to refuse admission.

WEATHER
All concerts are performed rain or shine. The nature of concert bookings do not allow for refunds or exchanges.
