Job Summary:

The Sales Intern is responsible for assisting the Director of Premium Seat Sales on all aspects of the Premium Seats program.

Major Responsibilities/Activities:

• Prepare, issue, and verify return of all Premium Seat contracts as advised by Director of Premium Seats.
• Assist in maintaining accounts receivable for VIP/Premium Seat program
• Assist in maintenance of VIP client relationships
• Assist in marketing and advertising the VIP/Premium Seat program
• Act as liaison with internal departments such as box office under the direction of Director of Premiums Seats on applicable ticketing efforts/issues
• Aide in handling client gifts, premium items, VIP parties, and other client perks
• Assist in coordination of on-site night of show premium seat program responsibilities and client services for most concert events

Minimum Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Exceptional organizational skills preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office products, primarily Word & Excel
• Availability to work most concerts during the 2006 season
